Our Fall Festival Days — Saturdays, Sundays & Columbus Day from the first weekend in September to Halloween. Enjoy the season with fun fall activities! A per-person wristband or individual tickets on festival days covers these activities — wagon rides, corn maze, tube slides, bounce house, 3 shots on the apple cannon or slingshot, and face-painting.
Our festival offers many activities for kids of all ages, adults too! From wagon rides to the corn maze, apple cannon & slingshots, bounce house, tube slides & face painting.
There is something for everyone! Wristbands can be purchased in our store or at our outdoor sheds for $x each, ages 3 and up (2 and under are free). Five or more people in the same sale transaction brings the price down to $x each. Ten or more people in the same sale transaction gets you access to all of the activities for $x each! You asked for more options and we listened! Tickets ($x each) can now be purchased for the individual activities, if that’s more your speed.
The majority of the activities are 1 ticket with the exception of the corn maze which is x tickets. If you plan to do it all, the wristband is still your most economical option.
You do NOT need a wristband or ticket to pick apples, visit the store, see the animals or get food.
Parking is always FREE.
At the Home Cookin’ Grill, you’ll find a full menu of grilled entrees and treats to fuel your day. We grill our own hamburgers, make maple-BBQ shredded beef with our own meat, and fry fresh-cut potatoes to make our curly fries and proudly serve CNY’s Hoffman hotdogs. Seasonal delicacies include our own apple fritters, cider donuts, and caramel apples — all made with our own apples, of course.
Our bakery features cookies and 10” pies. We make our own cream-and-butter fudge on-site in more than a dozen flavors. Stop in to try our Kitchen Sink fudge invented right here at Abbott Farms! For dessert you can also have pie by the slice or a treat from our full-service ice cream shoppe featuring Gifford’s hard Ice Cream and Upstate Farms Custard mixes. Come taste the difference and see what makes Gifford’s so special!
From the observation window you can watch us press cider. Ask us about our ultraviolet-light process and sample the sweet results! Plan on pumpkin picking and more fun than you and the kids can soak up in a day. An average fall festival visit is 2-4 hours but many folks make a day of it! Dress for the weather — raincoats and barn boots too and don’t forget your camera. Some of our activities are weather dependent so please keep that in mind when planning your visit. For example, high winds and rain require us to close down our bounce house. Rain may also effect whether or not we have our apple cannon and slingshots operating.
